usage:

1. Recommended for: Springer knee, iliotibial band syndrome, runner's knee, hamstring, arthritis, Osgood-Schlatters disease and quadriceps misalignment.

2. Stretch your leg and relax your thigh muscles. Then place the bandage around your knee and tighten the upper hstrap first. Position the lower strap so that it runs just under your kneecap.

3.  Contains latex made of natural rubber: Some users may experience allergic reactions. If skin irritation or pain occurs that does not abate, stop using the bandage and consult a doctor.
