Three beam four column hydraulic press YB32 series 315 500 630 1000 tons is applicable to the plasticity material pressing process, such as impactive loading, bending, flanging and metal drawing as well as correcting press-fitting, grinding wheel forming, cold extrusion metal parts forming and pressing process of plastic products and powder products, which can be used for punching and blanking process when matching on blanking device. This machine has the independent power mechanism and electrical system which uses the button common control to realize the adjustment, manual and semi-auto operation.
Operators can carry on the adjustment the working pressure, pressing speed and the stroke of this machine according to the process. This machine can complete constant pressure and constant distance process, which can make pressure-keeping and delay to automatic return action after pressing in constant pressure process.
Optional accessories: photo-electric protection device, stroke, pressure, time digital display system, hydraulic system heating, cooling device. PLC programmable controller, blanking buffer device, mould heating and temperature control device, die change with floating guide and rolling bracket, etc.
Main characteristics:
1. The frame adopts four column type structure, mechanical parts have beautiful shape after optimization design and has strong applicable.
2. Liquid-filled tank volume increased to ensure fast filling, reduce pressure on time. The cooling area has been enlarged so that reduce the oil temperature.
3. Host three beam end die is bigger than traditions so that improve the height of beams, greatly prolong the working life.
4. Master cylinder and piston rod are made of high-quality forgings to improve the reliability.
5. Main rod adopts four nuts structure, which improving the preloaded properties and maintain the long-term stability of precision.
6. Piston rod and column surface uses the quenching, column hard chromium plating, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and longer life.
7. Advanced cartridge valve, compact structure, reduce the pipeline connection, improve the system tightness, reduce the leakage.
8. Power system uses oiled vertical pump group, reduce noise, oil absorption effect is good, improve pump life.
9. Pressure gauge adopts the anti – vibration one and pressure gauge valve, easy to maintenance.
10.Master cylinder seal uses import domestic preferred parts.
11. The electrical control system has two control type for choice: electric relay and PLC electrical system which working sensitive and reliable, button focus on panel with active button station, convenient operation, which has the adjustment, single cycle with both hand two mode of operation.
12. The slider can realize two kinds of control mode: constant distance and constant pressure, with pressure maintaining and time-delay functions; The work pressure and stroke can be adjusted according to technology needs within the prescribed scope.
