Main Structure

1.      The main structure of greenhouse is made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, which shows excellent anti-corrosion property and has a long service life of more than 20 years.  

2.      Foundation of the greenhouse is made of reinforced concrete. Venlo greenhouse uses horizontal girder as main bearer, which bears 2 or more A-Shape roofs. With the columns it forms a stable structure.

3.      All the parts could be easily assembled with joining parts, bolts and nuts which are also galvanized and without any welding points to damage the zinc coating on the material. In this way it guarantees the optimal performance of anti-corrosion.

The delivery usually takes 10-90 days according to the sizes and specifications of the greenhouse.

1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are manufacturer with more than 10 years of experience. Welcome to visit our company and factory.

2. What’s the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 2000 m2. Less than 2000 m2 we could also produce. The price is adjusted according to the order quantity.

3. How long is the product’s warranty?

Different parts of the greenhouse have different warranties. Normally the warranty period for electric machines is 1 year, for steel structure 10 – 15 years, for glass 3 years, for shade net 3-4 years, etc.

4. Do you provide samples?

Small parts could be offered for free, but the delivery charges should be at your account. Please offer your account of DHL, FedEx or UPS to send samples.

5. Do you provide greenhouse design?

There is an experienced design team in our company, which could provide you a professional design according to your requirements. Before signing contract we could offer you a simple drawing.

6. How to install the greenhouse?

From the aspect of economy, we only send you the engineers, and you contact local construction team. Alternatively we can send both engineers and workers to you for the installation.

7. What are the payment terms?

30% would be paid for deposit, 30% for producing, 40% before shipment.
