Application

E7016 is one of carbon steel electrodes with low hydrogen potassium type coating .The weld mental has superior mechanical properties and high crack resistant properties. It can be welded on both AC and DC. Welding can be done in all position. When used AC, the stability is inferior to that used DC.

Used to weld middle carbon steel and low alloy steel structure,such as 16 Mn,09Mn2Si etc
