It was set up by the former Jinan Machine tools factory employees.The plant area is about 10,000 square meters. We have a number of R&D persons and technicians who have more than 20 years experience of machine tool design and assembly. The main products are slant bed cnc lathe/ flat bed cnc lathe/ cnc vertical machining center/ cnc horizontal machining center/cnc gantry machining center.
⑴ Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column, spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT250 cast iron.
⑵The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are plastic rectangular guide, fast speed, eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise.
⑶ Z axis matched with counterweight to keep balance, which ensure the spindle box running smoothly and stable.
⑷The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ball screw with double nut so it is of high feed speed.
⑸The spindle unit is high speed, high accuracy, high rigidity, with large load carrying capacity of axial and radial.
⑹Guide rail and ball screw of X, Y, Z direction are all use protection device to ensure that the screw and the guide is clean and accurate.
⑺The machine tool external protection of machine tool uses the full protection structure.

A: You are not responsible for the offloading of your machinery, and it is recommended that you use a reputable rigging company.
