Coal Grinding Mills  introduction:

 

 Coal Grinding Mills is used to grind barite, calcite, potashfeldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, cream and slag below scale 7 ofMoths hardness and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosivestuff in the traded of mining, building material, chemical engineeringand metallurgy for power generation and processing. The product size isadjustable on required in the range of 100-325 meshes.

 

Load the stuff for grinding evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main frame. Due to the centrifugalforce in rotation, the roller swings outward and presses closely uponthe ring. The shovel carries the stuff to the space between the rollerand ring. When the roller rolls, the stuff is thus grinded.
 

Working principle of coal grinding mill

 

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing.

The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.

After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.
