Advanced, safety, steady, high effective electric controlling system

The electrical system benefits from advanced design philosophy and techniques and ergonomics, using mordern design methods and tools such as CAD, which makes the machine easy and reliable to operate. The machine is equipped with Sinumerik(SIEMENS) 828D or Sinmerik 840D CNC system with10.4 inch LCD display, and digital AC servo system. The electrical system integrates safety measures for both operators and machine, for the greatest possible protection for both. Key electrical components are supplied from recognized famous brand manufactures from abroad, and other electrical parts are made by name-brand suppliers who operate in China, or from Chinese manufacturers who are joint-venture partners with those famous brand suppliers, in order that the machine runs reliably and trouble-free for many years of operation. The adjustable, ergonomically designed control station makes it a machine that is easy to use and convenient to operate. SIEMENS MCP intrgrated control panel greatly reduces the complexity of the wiring design of the machine, thereby greatly increasing reliablility. The famous brand manual pulse generator(MPG) makes such jobs as setting tools much easier. Three-colour alarm lamp system allows for effective monitoring of the machine operation. On-line machining function(DNC).
