With HTC40100z horizontal turning cemter, turning, milling and drilling work can be executed in one set up due to modular extension of up to 3 CNC axes (X, Z, C1 or X, W, C2). They are used for machining chucking part, shaft and bar material from a very substantial variety of metal and other material. Thanks to optimum arrangement and configuration of main spindle, bed, slide, and 2nd spindle, the high rigidity can be achieved. The machining accuracy is up to Ra0.4μm (mon-ferrous metal ) and Ra0.8μm (ferrous metal).
