Machine Main Feature:

Among VT600/ VT800 series of vertical CNC lathes, the type B is a low speed CNC lathe featuring a big torque and a powerful cutting ability. Type LR is an assembly of two vertical lathes, symmetrically designed and installed side by side. The machine has the following characteristics:

1. Good rigidity: It adopts an integral bed feet, sleeved spindle unit, together with imported spindle bearings of high rigidity as well as a cylindrical linear rolling guide way.

2. High precision: Imported spindle bearings and rolling guide way together with pre-stretched ball screws enable the turning precision to reach a stable IT6 level.

3. Easy Operation: The vertical layout makes the loading and unloading of the workpiece much easier. Its small areas of occupation allows one worker to operate multiple machines at one time.

4. Modular configuration: It can configure all kinds of ( imported or domestic alike) advanced numerical control systems, tool holders(serving tool holder, hydraulic tool holder, electric holder,etc.) and electric chucks, thus making up various configuration types ranging from the most advanced to the lowest level.

5. Side by side installation: Type LR, installed side by side, is suitable for two lathes to process two different workpieces at the same time. Likewise, it is also suitable for the two lathes to cooperate and carry out two different stages of processing of one workpiece. It effectively increases the working efficiency, shortens the handling distance, realizes the “one worker, multiple machines” operation and saves the area occupied. This layout is especially suitable for multiple operation occasions such as processing automobile aluminum alloy wheels, brakes, flanges, etc.
