Q: What is the differences between CRYSTAL and SYNTEC CNC system?
A: CRYSTAL system is a kind of CNC system developed and upgraded by our company according to the feedback from customers who is using SYNTEC CNC system. The differences: CRYSTAL system can realize automatic optimization without help of extra computer. That means it can cut wheels directly after detection, no needing to transfer data with USB from the CNC to a PC and then back to the CNC machine.
Q: Is the automatic optimization software also used when using CRYSTAL CNC system?
A: CRYSTAL CNC system enables to optimize the curves of majority wheels. Although it can achieve automatic optimization, one machine is still equipped with one optimization software for customers who have highly repair finish effect.
Q: What is the difference between vertical wheel repair machine and horizontal wheel repair machine?
A:The vertical wheel repair lathe can facilitate the operator to clamp the wheel and occupy a smaller space, but from the aspect of the force structure of the two axis, the horizontal lathe is superior to the vertical type. If you choose vertical wheel repair lathe, please carefully select the manufacturer and be sure to choose well experienced one in lathe manufacturing filed.
Q: What are the advantages of your vertical wheel repair lathe?
A:The two axis used on our vertical wheel repair lathe is the most stable gantry structure. The structural body is made of cast iron and resin sand casting. The Z axis is equipped with four linear guides, double ball screws, double servo motors and drivers. At the same time, the Z axis with a large load is balanced by the counterweight which effectively ensures the influence of the two shafts due to the different force structure, so that the cutting feed in the wheel repair process can maintain a sensitive control response and achieve a perfect repairing effect.
Q: Can this machine use laser detection system?
A: This function is currently only realized on our PC vertical wheel repair machine. Please refer to the introduction of our PC machine AWR901VP.
Q: What are the characteristics of laser detection? Is the function reliable?
A:Laser detection has the characteristics of not touching the wheel and fast scanning. The principle of laser scanning is to measure the distance by the laser reflection on the surface of the wheel, but for the wheels with sharp curve changes, wheels with damaged paint film on the surface, wheels with inconsistent reflectance on the aluminium surface, the curve of laser detection will be distorted with the actual curve of the wheel. Although some products of our company are equipped with laser detection system, they are only used as auxiliary function for detecting the wheel with smooth curve and ideal reflectivity of aluminum surface. Our machines still equipped with the most stable and reliable ruby probe detection system for customers, although laser detection system is in standard configurations.
