1.The CNC system programming is ISO international code, keyboard input is RS232 communication

interface,can realize date transmission with PC. Besides, it has the function of power protection and

a variety of self-diagnosis.

2.Guide rail of the machine adopt cast iron with the hardness of more than HRC45°after VHF hardening

as the material, can guarantee the machining precision stability in a long term manner.

3.Spindle bearing adopts the high precision angular contacting bearing;specially designed preload

ensure the higher rotation speed and rigidity.

4.The carriage in vertical and horizontal direction is driven by high-precision ball screw, which has

satisfactory dynamic performance and high positioning accuracy.

5.A variety of clamping ways can be selected by users: a.Pneumatic collet; b, Manual three jaws chuck.
