This product uses 45 degrees of inclined type layout with one-piece hollow tubular bed, which greatly improves the flexural rigidity and torsional stiffness of machine when working. At the same time after two aging treatment, it has improved the stability, high rigidity and stability of the machine, which ensure high accuracy of the whole machine. The X and Z axis control the half close loop CNC lathe by direct-connected servo. All the two axis are the sliding (hard) rail. The structure and dimension of axis are compact and reasonable. Spindle is gear transmission and fvariable- frequency variable-speed drived by variable frequency motor through belt which can clamping various plate, shaft, and component all at once. It can complete the processing of vehicles, groove, inner (outer) hole, spherical, R cone angle, curved shape, cone shape, face shape, male thread single head, thread single head and multiple thread processing. It is applicable for multi and mass production, and can meet the processing demands for complex and high precision parts.

1.The major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT300 cast iron. The whole lathe bed and the lathe feet are all adopt 45 degrees casting structure as a whole. The compact and reasonable symmetric structure ensures high rigidity and bending vibration performance of basic parts. The guide rail surface of lathe bed adopts superaudio quenching and the penetration depth can reach to 2 mm, which provides the guarantee for the stability of lathe for a long time using.
2)The middle supporting plate together with the whole lathe bed, the middle slip plate and the sliding surface of supporting plate are all adopt the line rail technology of Taiwan, with fast speed, eliminating intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, and low noise characteristics.
3)The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly .
4)The spindle box adopts spindle unit which is of independent type and sleeve structure and it is equipped with high intensity special bearing for spindle. In terms of lubrication, it adopts the Germany special lubricating oil of bearing, which greatly reduces the thermal deformation of spindle unit and improves the thermal stability and accuracy.
