Product Description
This product-horizontal flat bed cnc lathe machine CK6180 is a kind of lathe, all the two axis are the sliding (hard) rail kind .
The structure and dimension of axis are compact and reasonable.
Spindle is variable- frequency variable-speed droved by variable frequency motor through belt which can clamping various plate, shaft, and component all at once.
Cnc lathe machine can complete the processing of recessing, groove, inner (outer) hole, spherical, R cone angle, curved shape, cone shape, end face, and the single or multiple thread processing for the metric/inch threads.
It is applicable for multi and mass production, and can meet the processing demands for complex and high precision parts.
Product Details

1.The major basic parts of the cnc lathe machine of CK6180 such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT250 cast iron.

The lathe feet are the structure of box type, The compact and reasonable symmetric structure ensures high rigidity and bending vibration performance of basic parts, which guarantees the rigidity and precision of Z axis effectively when it is cutting.

2.The middle supporting plate together with the whole lathe bed, the middle slip plate and the sliding surface of supporting plate are all adopt the line rail technology of Taiwan, with fast speed, eliminating intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, and low noise characteristics. With automatic pressure lubrication, it improves the accuracy of horizontal flat bed cnc lathe machine.

3.The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed.

The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly.

It is no gap, and it ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the cnc lathe.

4.The design of spindle box of the cnc lathe machine is high gear and low speed rotation, which greatly increased the torque in the process of chipping.

It uses spindle unit which is high speed, high precision, and high rigidity.

5.The two guide rail of X, Z direction and screw are all adopt protective device, which ensures the cleanness of lead screw and guide rail.

It also ensures the accuracy of drive and motion and service life of cnc lathe machine;

6.The outer protective device of the whole cnc machine lathe is of the full protective structure. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable, beautiful and generous.

7.It uses a reliable device which is automatic and centralized to lubricate. It can lubricate automatically and intermittently to all lubrication points of horizontal flat bed CNC lathe.

And it can settle lubricating time according to operating conditions.

8.The operating system of the lathe adopts the principle of human body engineering so the operation is very convenient
