1.The major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT250 cast iron. The lathe feet are the structure of box type, The compact and reasonable symmetric structure ensures high rigidity and bending vibration performance of basic parts, which guarantees the rigidity and precision of Z axis effectively when it is cutting.
2.The middle supporting plate together with the whole lathe bed, the middle slip plate and the sliding surface of supporting plate are all adopt the line rail technology of Taiwan, with fast speed, eliminating intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, and low noise characteristics. With automatic pressure lubrication, it improves the machine accuracy.
3.The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly. It is no gap, and it ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the lathe.
4.The design of spindle box is high gear and low speed rotation, which greatly increased the torque in the process of chipping. It uses spindle unit which is high speed, high precision, and high rigidity.
5.The two guide rail of X, Z direction and screw are all adopt protective device, which ensures the cleanness of lead screw and guide rail. It also ensures the accuracy of drive and motion and machine service life;
