Cutter suction dredgers are specialized machinery for sand dredging and river channel dredging (also can be used for riverway rectification). Sand dredging process: When it is far away from the shore, it can be used as a conveyor belt or supporting transport ship or sand pump with large head. The newly-developed large-scale double-row bucket dredging equipment and the integrated equipment for long-distance water transportation and screening in the water can increase the production capacity by two times. It can simultaneously complete the processes of sand mining, screening and separation, and can produce qualified one-off production. The product is particularly suitable for rivers, ponds and abandoned sand fields with a wide water surface and abundant underwater sand resources. The product has the characteristics of low cost, high work efficiency, and easy operation, and it ranks in the leading level in the domestic industry.

1. The cutter is driven by a low speed and high torque hydraulic motor, cutter shaft is supported by dual-column center adjustable spud.
2. The dredger is consisted of mud pump(pump impeller and cover is made by Cr.26 material), driven by diesel engine through high-elastic shaft coupling and gear box (with Electric Clutch).
3. The dredger winch and bridge winch are driven by hydraulic motor.
4. A shaft alternator provides the whole ship power while working, includes: diesel pump, fire pumps, fans, lighting etc.
5. A berth generating set provides the electric power when the dredger is idle, which includes as follows:
Lighting, air-conditioning and ventilator.
Deck cranes, emergency Hydraulic Pump Group and other necessary auxiliary equipment.
