Hydroponics Abstract   

Hydroponics refers to plant roots in direct contact with nutrient solution without substrate cultivation.

British Cooper in 1973 proposed hydroponic nutrient film technique, referred to as the NFT (nutrient film technique). Its principle is making a very thin layer of nutrient solution (0.5-1 cm) , continue to cycle through the crop roots, not only to ensure a continuous supply of crop water and nutrient, but also to ensure a continuous supply of fresh O2. NFT cultivation makes irrigation technology greatly simplified and do not need to calculate crop water requirement, and it can get  equilibrium of nutrient supply. The isolation of root and soil, can avoid all kinds of soil borne diseases nor need to sterilize soil.

                            Length 40-80m   and height   4.7m    can be customized.

NFT Vertical Hydroponic System:

Vertical type hydroponics system, is mainly used for leaf-vegetable growing. The PVC pipe has round and square type. And all the used PVC pipes are food grade. Each unit of hydroponics cultivation can be customized the length and the layer quantity.

Each unit size 6m*0.4m*2.4m, 7 layers, and 14 rows. The spacing of two units is 0.5m. 

Shelf material: 25mm*25mm hot-galvanized rectangular steel pipe, thickness 1.5mm

Cultivation pipe: PVC square pipe, 100mm*50mm thickness 2-3mm, holes distance 250mm (can be customized).

The other planting material includes PVC pipe caps, planting sponge, planting basket, nutrient solution supplying pipe and backwater pipe, etc.
