  1. Design

  Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in shipbuilding and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.

 2. Skilled workers & ex-work testing

   Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

 3.Cummins Engine

   The dredgers are equipped with world famous powerful Cummins engine, which are famous for its durability, lower oil consumption, standardized accessories and easy maintenance.

  4. Hydraulic system

    Hydraulic system: the most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger. Lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.

   An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on.

 5. Detachable Structure

   The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one working site to another.

6. Assembly & Staff Training

    Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

The dredger we produce is self or non-self propelled,portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and boe-like structure,which equipped with horizontal shifting devices,cutter ladder lifting devices,spud devices,deck crane and so on.It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally,it has founctions on dredging,  conveying and discharging of mud and sand .It can produce certain amount of vaccum by the centrifugal pump.

C.Spares

 Pipelines and floaters.

 Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or themselves.

 If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer made by suppliers.

In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping.

 Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time saving.

 Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for

hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger

painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

 Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue

 is  convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.
