Shandong Highling Dredge Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. Its branch is Shandong Haiyang Ore Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Over years of development, the company has been the largest production center of cutter suction dredgers, sand mining machinery and gold dredging machinery. To enlarge production, we have built Highling Dredge Machinery Co., Ltd. in Coastal Developing Zone in Weifang city, Shandong Province. With an area of more than two hundred acres, It owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

The dredger we produce is a non self-propelled,cutter suction,bucket-wheel dredger. The ship body uses assemble boxes structure and its  equipped with shifting device,cutter ladder lifting device,spud device and deck crane and so on. The dredger can also be equipped with anchoring pole and trolley device. It has the functions of dredging,transporting and discharging and can produce certain amount vacuum by the centrifugal pump on the ship. The sediment is cutted by the cutter, the misture is discharged to the appointed place by the discharging pipes. The sand blasting tail of the device can be connected with ore selecting platform. The whole craft process can finish dredging,sand and stone separating,stone breaking,stone classification,mud and sand cleaning,heavy metal extracting,dehydration,transporting and so on for one time.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time saving.

Deck crane for cutter suction dredger:

The deck crane, installed beside the sand pump, is a kind of lifting equipment with cantilever and mainly used as a tool when repairing the sand pump and replacing the wearing parts.

Dredging pump

Dredging pump is one of the most important parts on cutter suction dredger, mainly applied to suction the mud, sand or other liquid mixtures from river or sea beds and send them to the barges or the land.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

Cutter head with replaceable teeth

For one cutter head, there are 5 blades, 5 teeth or 6 teeth or more equipped on one blade. There is material Cr. for easy-wearing proof.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

Swing Hydraulic Winches

For ladder side pull two winches are provided on the front of the main pontoon mounted on a stiffened foundation. The winch is hydraulically driven through a reduction gearbox build in the winch structure. The winch has a disc brake that is automatically activated in case of pressure drop. The winch is operated from the control cabin and has variable speed.

Dredger pontoons can be dismantle and shipped by truck, rail, road, and can be assembly at working place, which can be equipped with anchor booms for anchoring, and trolley for capacity increased.

Why is the dredging boat shipped in bulk no in container?

Because its size is large and can't be putted into container. What's more, if the dredging boat must be shipped in container, its engine room has to be designed smaller, but it is inconvenient for maintaining or repairing in the long run as there is no adequate space and access.
