Water washing: Mineral mixture to be transported into trommel screen,then to be washing and reaming in the middle of screen,the clay to get ride off and minerals to be classified into 3 size.The water washing in 2 sides of trommel screen can clean the material carefully and prevent it from being plugged.

6)The gold collecting with good performance shaking sluice,it’s high recovery than fixed sluice
7)If needed higher recovery just change 1set of shaking sluice(material size≤6mm) into gold concentrator is available,easy operatation.

Process details
Raw material poured to input speed reducing box by sand pump to reduce pressure and feeding speed,then enters into the trommel screen separator to be separating into 2sizes,small and big size which is useless directly geting rid by scrap sluice.
The samll size material is discharged into horizontal continuous variable concentrator controlled by PLC through sand pump, and the concentrate automatically discharged from concentrate discharge port, scrap material is discharged into the waste area from the scrap material pipe.
