Cutter suction dredger introduction The dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled,portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, Its dismantle type can be assembly at working place easily and be transported by road, railway and container accordingly, convenient in installation and working place moving from one to another. The power system can be designed to electric system or diesel engine driving system according to customers'requirements.Equipment on the cutter suction dredger are as bellows: traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane. The working process is as following: the cutter head cut the sand and mud underwater to mixture of slurry, then through dredging pump to the pipeline on dredger; at the end the slurry will be discharged by pipeline on land to the required place.

Details description of JM Cutter suction dredger Design__Cutter suction dredger design meets the requirements and regulations of CCS, BV and ABS , which are belonging to IACS. The technology refer to Holland IHC, and dredger can be custom made according to customers' requirements. Chief engineer Gan attended the “Local cutter dredger design study on IHC Beaver” in 2000. Steel plate__ Raw material is marine use material which meets the requirements of CCS., and all plates are under sand blasting process. Hydraulic system__Hydraulic oil pipes made by pipe bending machine to decrease the welding points so that can keep system stability. When the oil pipe finish, should be acid picking and phosphating treatment to keep whole system clean and stability. Dredging pump__flow passage components use High wear resistant alloy Cr27 to prolonged the pump service life, pump shaft seal use packing seal which is easy to maintain , and anti-friction bearings are from Japanese brand NSK. |

Cutter suction dredger packed in bulks or containers and transpoarted by trucks on road There are two ways for river cutter dredger being transported, if the sand dredger size smaller than JMD350, it is easy to transported by containers; if the river cutter dredger size is larger than JMD350, it will be transported by bulks. The river cutter dredger structure is dismuntable and assembled so that can be easy transported by trucks on road. |
After-sales service , installation and training |
1) Party A will send 2 qualified and experienced engineers to Party B's workplace to direct and guide the dredger's installation and training operating, if needed. . 2) To assist in the installation; Party B will arrange for 6-8 workers to aid these engineers. 3) Installation and test period is expected to take 10-15days for one dredger with full ready of installation. 4) Party A's engineers must arrive at Party B's designated place within 3 days after the dredger has been transported to the workplace. 5) After the dredger's complete installation, Party B Can coordinate Party A's engineers to test dredger's performance in appropriate water. Dredger Test includes: operation of the dredging, hydraulic and electrical systems, running of the dredger's outfitting equipment, and Party A's engineers' debugging of the dredger's natural work. |
