Machine brief:
l Machine application :The machine tool is specialized in processing cylindrical deep-hole workpiece equipment, machine bed is with good rigidity and accuracy. Equipped with 2 sets of adjustable roller center frame, it can also adapt to the machining of large workpiece's inner hole.The spindle speed range is wide, and the feed system is driven by AC servo motor, which can meet the needs of various deep hole processing technology.The tightening of oil pressure head and workpiec adopts servo tightening method.
l Machine bed:The guide rail adopts double flat guide rail design, and the machine bed guide rail width is 800mm. The material adopts high quality cast iron HT300. Artificial aging treatment, medium frequency quenching treatment on the surface of guide rail, quenching depth 2-3 mm, quenching hardness HRC45-50. High precision and good abrasion resistance. Precision rack drive bracket is installed in the middle of the guide rail ,It is used for infeeding and rapid movement of the bracket.
l Headstock and chuck : Headstock 21grade speed regulation, speed range 3.15-315 r/min. The box body is made of high quality cast iron with artificial aging. All gears are made of high quality medium carbon steel or low carbon alloy steel with quenching hardness of about HRC48.Grinding process to improve working accuracy and wear resistance.A button station on the front side of the headstock can control the forward movement and stop of the spindle.The headstock is fixed structure, the main motor is fixed on the bed body, the transmission rigidity is good, and the aseismic property is good.
The cage type chuck body is mainly fixed on the front end of the spindle, and a 630mm three jaw chuck is mounted on the chuck body.
l Drill box:Drill box 12 grades speed regulation, speed range 60-1000 r/min. The box body is made of high quality cast iron with artificial aging. All gears are made of high quality medium carbon steel or low carbon alloy steel with quenching hardness of about HRC48.Grinding process to improve working accuracy and wear resistance.
Drill box has 2 kinds of structure design : Fixed and rotary. The drill box can be locked if there is no need of drill bar rotating
l Oil pressure head: Function: 1) input coolant to the workpiece and sealing ; 2) Guide bush can be installed in it .to guide the drill bit ; 3) support the drill bar; the oil pressure head front mounted machine cooling and hydraulic display instrument, so that the machine can be dynamically displayed in processing, easy for the operator to judge the processing of the machine.
l Cutting oil supply system: It mainly consists of oil tank, pump station, oil chute, chip car and oil return tank. Three sets pump group with 3 sets gear pump, According to the different processing aperture, through the knob on the button station, we can get 200 L/min, 500 L/min, 800 L/min three kinds of flow.The tank is placed on the ground without digging holes. Oil tank thickness is 3mm.
l Infeed system: It is riven by a servo motor, through the reducer to change speed, and then through the gear, rack drive the bracket, to achieve the rapid advance and progress of the bracket. The infeed is stepless speed regulation, and the speed range is 5 ~ 1000mm/min.
l Drilling/boring bar support : The function is supporting the drilling /boring bar, control the move direction of the drill bar. It is equipped with tightening nylon bush to absorb the drill bar vibration

l Chip scraper bucket: iron scrap and cutting fluid are recovered to prevent splashing of cutting fluid.
When drilling, the cutting oil is supplied from the oil feeder by BTA. The cutting oil enters the cutting area through the annular cavity formed on the outer side of the drill pipe and the machined surface. The chip is discharged back through the inner hole of the drill pipe (in the direction of the drill pipe box), and enters the back chip discharging pipe and flows into the chip cart.
When boring, the cutter oil is supplied from the oil feeder, and enters the cutting area through the ring-shaped cavity formed on the outer side of the drill pipe and the machined surface. The cutter is brought forward (in the direction of the head box), and enters the front chip-discharging bucket and flows into the chip-collecting trolley.
The outer material is used to remove the chip, the workpiece is turned, and the cutter does not rotate.
l Closed central frame:
The machine tool is equipped with 1 sets of closed central frame. It mainly plays a supporting role. The closed center frame is an auxiliary device for clamping workpieces, which can be used for drilling slender shafts or for machining large and long diameter workpieces.
l Lubrication of machine tools:
The feeding tray of the machine tool is equipped with intermittent lubrication system and low oil automatic alarm function. On the basis of saving oil to the greatest extent, the tray and the feeding screw can get sufficient lubrication. The head of the bed and the drill pipe box each have their own lubrication device. The oil feeder and drill pipe bracket are manually lubricated.
