Air Grip union is widely applied in drilling fluid pipelines, with features of low-pressure, large pipe size, big pipe misalignment, frequent installation and uninstall. Especially, in connecting mud tanks, mud suction and return lines in solid control system.

Air grip union installation method:

1.Weld the steel shell of air grip union with the exit hole of container or mud tank together, or weld steel shell with the steel pipe interface of corresponding diameter and keep the gas nozzle upwards to make the inflation and deflation convenient. Note: pneumatic tire cannot be installed into steel pipe in welding process to avoid burning out pneumatic tire.

2.Install the pneumatic tire into steel shell after the welding is completed.

3.Insert the two ends of tube into the pneumatic tire holes of two air grip unions.

4.Inflate the pneumatic tire of air grip union to the predetermined pressure from the gas nozzle.
