Rotary hose
Rotary hose connecting the stand pipe and the swivel. The below rotary hose pictured is coupled with 4" fig 602 male x female hammer unions integral style fittings. We produce the hose just based on the API standard.
Rotary Hose are large I.D high pressure flexible rubber steel lines used to connect the swivel to the standpipe. Made of rubber and steel wire reforcement. the hose is basicly flexible piping that allows the Kelly and the bit and drill string to be raised and lowered while the drilling fluid is pumped through drill string.
Vibrator hose & Vibrating mud hoses:
The vibrator hoses are often used in place of hard pipe to reduce vibration and for more flexible connection and set up, These vibrator hoses are also API certiifed. Safety clamps and chains are available if you need.
Hose Connector:
Different types fittings are available for you to choose from.
Rotary hoses and vibrator hoses come with Api 7k certification and can be connected with hammer union, flanges, NPT threads and etc. We also offer integral fig 602, 1002 and 1502 hammer union connection with no weld or threads for certain applications.

A: We have several kinds of packages to choose from. The common packaging is woven bags, Wooden pallets, wooden case and iron cages. Of course, we can pack the hose according to your special requirement.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery from our factory. Or 100% TT in advance. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before the transportation.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB and CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-15 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
