Electrostatic properties

Safety is always in the first place for composite hose, therefore our Company designed the electrostatic hose in order to avoiding the electrostatic accident caused by electrostatic charge accumulation, and passed the certification. There are bare wires in and out of hose and all metal parts are connected, with excellent electrostatic dissipation performance, and can effectively avoid static hazard

Chemical corrosion resistance and conduct electricity

The fluorine polymer material epdm is selected for inner layer of hose, which can resist to all kinds of chemicals, the chemical resistance properties shall not be impacted by acids, alkalies, oxidants or organic solvents, and very stable to polar solvents such as alcohols, phenols, aldehyde, ketone and most carboxylic acids would not cause swelling.

Application

The hose is widely used in chemical category,  paint and ink industry in the production process of transporting and unloading paints, dyes, inks, paints, chemicals and benzene, ketones and organic solvent; useing for filling truck, barges, dock or storage tank transport and unloading of various solvents, acid and other corrosive chemicals; meeting ink in the printing and packaging category (oily ink and water-based ink).
