Technical features

TWRZK480 automatic glass drilling machine adopts PLC control and laser position inducer. It adopts gas liquid two-way transmission technology. The speed and time can be adjusted according to requirement. The velocity modulation for the drilling motor use three levels belt manner to achieve. The drilling axle's rotated speed can also be adjusted by "high-low speed button" in the control pandel. The machine has the advantage of high drilling precision, accurate size, efficiency. Pneumatic working table with pre-positioning function is used to support big size glass sheet. With automatic and manual control, this is an ideal drilling equipment for the industrial and construction glass.

1.Imported NSK bearings are used in the rotating parts of upper and bottom drillers;

2.Axis sleeves are plated with hard chrome, axis plated with nickel, working table is made with thickened castings;

3.Movements can be controlled by PLC system;

4.Universal wheels are with bearings on both sides which can adjust height;

5.Machine body is welded with large tubes that can maintain in good shape after a long time;

6.High performance and creative mechanical structure is equipped so all scraps will fall and collected automatically. This guarantee long life durability.
