2. Overall structure

Each direction of main structure as following: 

a, glass pinched institutions----for the pinched part, to drilling sets of materials; 

b, upper bit operation instructure----use for operating upper bit to drilling by automatic; 

c. speed adjustment and belt tension----use for drill shaft from top to bottom for regulating the speed and elastic belt regulation; 

d, electrical control box, the opertaion panel----use for the control and operation of machinery to work; 

e, Floating table----processing large part, as part of the auxiliary support, processing small size of the workpiece, they can not install the pieces; 

f, cooling system----supply the cooling water for cooling upper and lower bit; 

g, gas system----for clamp, the lower bit floating table and feed the movement, and so provide the impetus; 

h, catch structure----use for receiving, storing the material core drill.

3. Pneumatic system principle(Picture 3)

The drill feed rate, pinched body speed, and catched rate, floating rate, all moving workstation can throttle adjustment. However, attention should be paid to material cylinder speed can not tune in too fast, and the lower bit to prevent interference occurred. At the factory to speed both in good materials, under normal circumstances can not regulate.

3.Upper and lower drill bit pulley
