Main Features:
1. Glass washing & drying section:
A. Glass washing & drying section is made of 304# stainless steel.
B. Washing speed is 12m/min, equipped with water heating system. SKF Oil-free bearing avoid the oil molecular pollution to glass.
C. Six delivery solid rollers, are acid-proof, alkali-proof and anticorrosive. The distance is adjustable automatically.
D.NC bending rhombic air knife. Circle wind saves energy and avoid the wind pollution. Sponge down the noise.
E. Four level clearance: three pairs of brushes and one pair of sponge rail, guarantee the washing quality. Six high- temperature nylon brushes, diameter is 180mm. The first two are hard brushes.
