The whole line is composd of input part, sealing part and output part.

 1. The system has clamping device, which could assure the safety of glass moving during transmission and sealing.

  2. The system has two sets gluing systems, which will be more convenient for changing the sealants during production.

  3. The system could seal triple insulating glass. When the machine is sealing triple insulating glass, first the machine spreads the first insulating glass, after done the first insulating glass, the sealant glue head will be changed the angle into second insulating glass by automatic 

  4. V shape belt adjust structure, and it could adjust according different thickness glass.

  5. Glue head clamping structure, it could adjust the pressure by precision proportion valve, which could help glue head sticks on the glass more steady.

6. Glue head in the middle-position system, which could adjust different thickness glass by adjusting the glue head, and the structure could assure whatever thickness of glass, the sealant glue head will be in the middle of glass, which could assure the sealant quality.

7. The system has the connection function, which could connect the insulating glass production line, and it could increase the production efficiency.

  8. When the system is free for long time, and we should wash the glue pipes, it could stop the pipes solid. When operating the washing function, the black glue pressure will be released first and it could avoid the black glue divulge, then release the glue in the mixing pipes.

  9. Interface easy operation, which could help user operation more easily
