1.Brief introduction of the glass making equipment
The glass making equipment is composed of loading section, heating section; tempering section, and unloading section.
Adopting most advanced double-row blower jet and heating technology, the heat transfer efficiency is greatly increased than conventional convection furnace.
The productivity is improved, the glass quality is better, and more energy efficient. Unique hot air circulation system makes pressure stable in the furnace, and the uniformity of furnace temperature is greatly increased. It is especially suitable for the heating of coated glass and Low-E glass.
2.Different types of the glass making equipment for your choice
There are four types of the machine for your choice:
HP/HPQ type: This is for making the flat glass only.
HPW/HPQW type: This is for making both flat and bent glass.
HPS type: This type can make the large size flat glass. Its efficiency is about 1.7 times of the HP/HPQ type.
HPL type: This is for making the 3-6mm thickness glass with high efficiency, mainly are the furniture glass, solar pannel glass.
