1. Brief introduction

The HPQ series Glass tempering furnace(Tempered Glass machine; Tempered Glass Furnace;Toughened Glass Plant) is composed of loading section, heating section; tempering section, and unloading section. Adopting most advanced double-row blower jet and heating technology, the heat transfer efficiency is greatly increased than conventional convection furnace.

1).Adopting Jet Convection heating technology and have a flat quenching section and a bending quenching section

2) Each bending system has one individual fine adjusting device, slightly adjusting the local curve necessarily for the best possible quality products. 
3).Adopting precise screw pairs in bending mechanism, which ensures smooth curve of bent glass. There will be no accumulated error in bending mechanism. 
4) Different curves can be set and achieved by simply input the numbers via human-machine interface. With precise screw pairs in bending mechanism and servo control system, the end products are of high quality.

Your glasses or machines have any certificates? Quality is guaranteed?

All of our products (glasses and machines) have been approved by International Test Association with CE, CCC and ISO certificates.

Is it necessary for me to change any parts of machines regularly?

There is no need to change any parts usually. Of course, your machines also need technical maintenance in long-term use, like changing engine oil, replacing old conveyor belt, etc.

What kinds of after-sales service for machines can you provide?

1. Installation on site

After payment confirmation, we will arrange technical engineers to install the equipment on-site and finish installation and machine debugging within 20 days.

2. Free Machine Operation Training

After buying machines, we will provide free training of parameter selection range ; How to control software operating; The basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine; Common hardware fault handling; Problems should be paid attention to in operation; Besides, we also supply the related products technical support.
