1. Mini tempering furnace introduction

Tempering machine is used for producing large-size flat,tempered glass for architecture, and multi-curvature tempered glass for automobile, shower cabins and kitchen, etc. Force convection tempering furnace adopting most advanced double-row blower jet and heating technology, the heat transfer efficiency is greatly increased than conventional convection furnace.

5. Mini tempering furnace technical features

1). Adopting Jet Convection heating technology and have a flat quenching section and a bending quenching section

2) Each bending system has one individual fine adjusting device, slightly adjusting the local curve necessarily for the best possible quality products.
3). Adopting precise screw pairs in bending mechanism, which ensures smooth curve of bent glass. There will be no accumulated error in bending mechanism.
4) Different curves can be achieved by simply input the numbers via human-machine interface. With precise screw pairs in bending mechanism and servo control system, the end products are of high quality.
