Introduction:

The grain bar production line mainly consists of five procedures, the machines involved are: Grain Puffing Machine, Sugar Melting Pan, Temperature Control Nonstick Mixer, Forming Machine, Packing Machine. Each machine is easy to operate and easy to produce and process grain bars.

 1.Grain Puffing Machine

Specially suitable for puffing and expanding various coffee,rice,corn, barley, wheat, bean,maize,sorghum,millet,peanut,sunflower seeds,sesame,Chinese chestnut and other food's puffing,with crispy taste and lively shape.

2.Sugar Melting Pan

This machine is made of stainless steel, and uses electricity, gas, steam, heat transfer oils as heating energy. It has tilt able discharging mechanism.

3.Temperature Control Nonstick Mixer

This machine uses far infrared plate heating, heat evenly, barrel food grade PP, with stirring better. Equipped with automatic temperature control system, temperature regulation and more convenient. It’s mainly used for the stirring of the rice cake, egg Shao crisp, Mihua Tang, frozen rice and sugar and other snack foods.

4. The Forming Machine

The forming machine can be used for the shaping of cereal bars. The mold can be adjusted to produce spherical, pie-shaped, round, and other shaped cereal bars. The product is cooled by a conveyor belt to obtain the final product.

5. The Packing Machine

A wide range of packaging machines to complete the final packaging of the processing of cereal bars, it has a positioning stop function, the drive system is simple and all control is realized by software, so it is convenient for function adjustment and technical upgrade.
