1. Which hand sanitizer can be used in the dispenser?

--1) Foam Hand Soap: You can use the foam hand soap directly

    2) Liquid Hand Soap: Mix up the liquid hand soap and the pure water at the ratio 1:1 or 1:2 

2. How long can i get the product?

--Quantity less than 100 pcs will be shipped within 24 hours. 25-35 working days for OEM/ODM orders. And it will take another 3-5 days to reach you by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. 

3. What is your MOQ?

--Generally 100 pcs MOQ per order, over 1000 pcs for OEM /ODM service. Sample order also acceptable. 

4. How to pay for order?

--Visa, PayPal, Credit Card, TT, Western Union, L/C, Cash, etc.
100% payment before shipment for plain orders.
If OEM/ODM order, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

11. What’s your refund policy?

-- If you are not satisfied with the product quality, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 25 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
