It has two units: shearing/ cutting unit and bending unit.

This machine adopts 80 tons of hydraulic system.

It can punch four holes at one time at the same time.

Depending on the width of the copper, the size of the mold and the center distance between the hole and the hole can be freely used.

By replacing the mold, the copper can be cut, bent, and press cable connectors.

Punching unit:

1) 4 punching dies can punch 4 kinds of holes, no need to replace the dies frequently.

2) Three location modes: locating pin, locating ruler and light.

3) No pressing mark on the workpiece surface.

4) Can punch non-standard holes with special dies, for example, square hole, oval hole etc.

5) 2 limit switches. (foot switch & press button)

By added punching position,the machine can locate x axis and y axis mechanical double direction location. that makes workers need not to cross lines and make punching marks , then improving the operating efficiency and accuracy of punching.

Shearing/ cutting unit:

Use sharp shearing, flat incision interface, no droops, no burrs, no waste.

Two pressure type to make sure no apex angle.

2 limit switches. (foot switch & press button)

Cutting unit is with double upright pillars and double blades cutting structure.The above blade and below blade are installed vertically parallelly ,make sure the cut smooth,no waste,no deformation for longtime used.

Packaging & Shipping

Firstly, the Hydraulic Busbar Punching Machine is to be packed with plastic sheet for cleaning and damp proofing.
Secondly, fasten the Hydraulic Busbar Punching Machine into the wood case for safety and against clashing.
Thirdly, transport the wood case into the container
