The function of the injector:
The most precise part of gasoline direct injection engine-injector
As one of the key components of EFI engine, the performance of the fuel injector will be seriously affected by its performance. Blockage of fuel injection nozzle will seriously affect vehicle performance. The reason for blockage is that carbon deposits in the engine nozzle or impurities in the fuel block the nozzle passage. After a period of driving, the fuel system will form a certain amount of sediment. The formation of sediments is directly related to the fuel of automobiles.
Firstly, because gasoline itself contains colloid, impurities, or dust and impurities brought in during storage and transportation, deposits similar to sludge are formed in automobile fuel tank and intake pipe over time; secondly, the unstable components in gasoline react at a certain temperature to form colloid and resin-like sticky substances. When these viscous substances are burned at the injection nozzles, intake valves, etc., the deposits become hard carbon deposits.
