Hebei Shida Seal Group can design, develop and manufacture EPDM rubber profiles, extruded rubber gaskets, rubber seals, edge protection sealing profiles, door gaskets, push-on trim seals, bulb trim seals rubber edge trim and clamping profiles for wind turbine industry. The extruded rubber profiles are used to finish sharp steel edges in wind turbines. This will prevent damage to pipes and cables and provides a safer working environment for service engineers. 

Edge profiles and clamping profiles are different types of profiles, but both terms are used. A rubber edge trim or edge profile is clamped to protect a sharp steel edge. A clamping profile has, besides the clamping application, also a sealing function by means of an additional air chamber or a lip seal. This profile can be used in doors and hatches. Placement is easy, because the metal insert gives it a self-clamping effect.
