MS300 can only bend metal sheet, like stainless steel sheet and aluminum sheet. It can not bend aluminum profile. 
P100 can only bend aluminum materials including alu. sheeets and alu. profiles.
MSP600 can bend normal kinds of metal sheets and aluminum profiles. its a combination of the above 2 machines.
