D bucket elevator
Installation procedure of D-type bucket elevator:
1. Bucket hoist must be firmly installed on a solid concrete foundation. The surface of concrete foundation should be flat and horizontal to ensure that the bucket elevator meets the vertical requirements after installation. The proper position of the upper and middle chassis of the bucket elevator with higher height should be connected with the adjacent buildings (such as silos, workshops, etc.) to increase its stability. Installation first installs the lower parts, fixes the foot bolts, then installs the middle casing, and then installs the upper casing. Successful housing installation, correcting verticality. The error should be less than 10 mm when measuring the whole height with a straight line of lead. The upper and lower axes should be parallel, and their axes should be in the same plane. When the bucket elevator with lower height is installed, all the upper, middle and lower chassis can be connected on the ground surface and fixed on the concrete foundation.
2. After the shell is installed, the chain and hopper are installed. The U-shaped screw for hopper connection is not only a chain joint, but also a fixture for hopper. The nut of U-type screw must be tightened and loosened reliably.
3. After the chain and hopper are installed, they should be tensioned properly.
4. Add proper amount of oil and butter to reducer and bearing seat respectively. The reducer is lubricated with industrial gear oil. Calcium or sodium butter can be used in the bearing seat.
5. Test run, empty run should be carried out immediately after installation. Empty operation should pay attention to: can not be reversed, there should be no bumping phenomenon. No more than 2 hours of idle operation, no overheating, bearing temperature rise no more than 250C, reducer temperature rise no more than 300C. After 2 hours of idle operation, all will be normal for load test. Feeding should be uniform during test run with load to prevent overfeeding and clogging the lower part to cause "stuffy car".
Cautions for use and maintenance of D-type bucket elevator:
1. Bucket hoist should start without load. Therefore, all materials in hopper should be discharged before each shutdown, and then stop.
2, can not reverse. Chain derailment may occur when the chain is reversed, so it is very troublesome to eliminate derailment.
3. Uniform feeding. It is forbidden to suddenly increase the feeding quantity. Feeding capacity should not exceed the conveying capacity of the hoist. Otherwise, it is easy to cause "stuffy car" accident when the material accumulation at the bottom is serious.
4. Replenish lubricating oil in a timely and appropriate amount. When chains and hoppers are seriously worn or damaged, they should be replaced in time.
