Working Principle:
Adjustment of discharging granularity: Wedge or gasket adjusting device is installed between two rollers, wedge adjusting bolt is installed. When adjusting bolt pulls wedge upward, wedge lifts movable roll wheel from fixed wheel, that is, the gap between two rollers becomes larger, discharging granularity becomes larger. When wedge is downward, movable roll wheel is under the action of compressing spring. The gap between two wheels becomes smaller and the particle size of discharge decreases. Gasket device adjusts the size of discharged material by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of gaskets. When gaskets are increased, the gap between two rollers becomes larger, and when gaskets are reduced, the gap between two rollers becomes smaller, and the size of discharged material becomes smaller.
