Heavy duty warehouse storage steel beam pallet rack

Pallet racking is a specialized storage rack for the pallet.It is made up of the upright frames and beams.The upright frames are made up of two uprights, row bracing,diagonal bracing and nylon screws.

Features of pallet racking:
1, The insert structures, it can prevent the imbalance for the loose of the screws.
2, The upright section consists of 13 fold surface, it have strong bearing capacity and strong shock resistance.
3,The uprights are rolled into the shape procedures after being punched in automatic products lines,avoided by pillar stress concentration may lead to crack of pillar failure.
4,On the upright, there are two straight line of tear drop hole with 50mm between two holes. So the beam can be adjusted every 50mm.
5, The beam is Box beam, it have the characteristics of light weight, strong bearing capacity, low cost ,etc.
6,The beam and the upright is connected with the safety locker, which can protect the beams from dropping off. It is safe and simple structures.

A: Qingdao port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading port. Yantai port is also available, but not recommended because of much higher in-land trucking transportation cost from our factory.
