Application:
The flexible shielded robot cable with highly torsion and bending resistance are mainly used in industrious sites, indoor and outdoor applications, robots, transmission systems and spindle drives. It also can be used in these places (high frequency and continuous motion back and forth, irregular torsion movement with bend and irregularly highly speed complex motion). Such as multi-axis articulated robot power supply systems and control systems.

One line zero buoyancy cable structure:
Conductor: multi strand ultrafine fine twisted oxygen free copper wire
Insulation: special Ding Qing PVC mixed or TPE/ high quality waterproof PE (customer optional)
Color: color separation or number distinction.
Shielding: tinned copper wire textile shielding, density: 85%
Jacket: foamed polyurethane (PUR) / foamed PE/ foaming TPV
Color: black, gray, orange, yellow, can be processed according to customer's skin color.

When the stroke is <10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5 x D.
When the stroke is greater than 10 meters, the bending radius is 10 x D.

pairs and video using coax, TSP, or fi ber optics. Designs available
in several confi gurations, including Neutral Buoyancy.
