Process :

Black iron wire includes cold drawing wire ,annealed wire and black oiled wire,all of them use the high quality wire rod which diameter is 6.5mm as raw material.
Cold drawing wire is produced through wire-drawing;annealed wire is though wire-drawing and anneal to finish.

we can do it into straight cutting wire,U type wire and also do according to users' special requirement

Roll the hot metal billet into a 6.5mm thick steel strip, that is, the wire rod, and then put it into the wire drawing device to draw the wire of different diameter, and gradually reduce the hole diameter of the drawing disk for cooling, annealing and coating. The processing technology is made into a variety of different specifications of wire. It contains ingredients: iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, carbon, zinc, and other elements.
