Centrifugal dehydrator, made of stainless steel, is mainly used for dehydrating or de-watering fruits and vegetables after cleaning and blanching. The working principle of the dehydrator is centrifugal movement, that is, the inner barrel is driven by the motor to rotate at high speed, which makes the water on the foods splash out of the barrel because of the centrifugal force to achieve the purpose of dehydration. The dehydrator is equipped with shockproof system which will make the dehydrator stable during dehydrating. The dehydrator is equipped with electromagnetic brake, digital automatic control.
