2.Application : Apply for flux cored lead alloy and lead free tin alloy solder wire drawing
3.Advantage :
1) Machine frame with annealing & boring processing. Annealing is to remove the metal remains stress so as to keep the machine frame of good shape and not transfiguration under outside force. Permanent fix is to ensure the focus accordance of the axis core & the roller. Boring is to assure the machine axis centering precision. After boring, the axis and the roller will work stable of no vibration so as to ensure the continuous wire drawing of no break. Each die has it's own die seat which of good centering to avoid wire vibration, scratch, break during drawing procedure so as to ensure good drawing quality & efficiency.
2)wire drawing machine roller with chrome plate processing to have a smooth surface so as to ensure the wire go through it with good shininess and avoid wire break. Adopt inverter control which of good stability to ensure better drawing and energy saving up to 25%.
3)Equip with cooling & heating system to ensure the lubricant oil always in a certain temperature to ensure the drawing quality. Adopt both spray & steeped lubricate methods to reduce the drawing residue so as to have good shininess outlet wire.
