Structure

Vinyl plank is made up of five layers. One top is the UV layer makes it is easy to clean and resistant to scratches spills and stains. And the second layer is the wear layer that adds durability and helps protect against rips and tears. Next comes the design layer or called printing layer in realistic natural wood patterns. And then the glass fiber layer which can add the stability of the vinyl plank. The bottom-most layer is the vinyl tile backing which adds structural and durability.
