Advantages of CVD diamond trimming pens:
1. Strip structure: CVD diamond strip is uniformly worn throughout the trimming process, the trimming section is always constant, and the phenomenon of falling particles does not occur like the single crystal diamond particles, so that the consistency of the trimming section parameters can be ensured. Maximize the use of materials, which is unmatched by granular diamonds;
2. Optimized selection: Depending on the grinding wheel and the finishing process, CVD corrugated strips with different cross-section dimensions can be selected and used in multiple alignments to meet the needs of finishing. For example, fine-grained grinding wheels should choose CVD just smaller cross-sectional area. Stone strips, large-size grinding wheels should choose multiple rows, etc.;
3. Manufacturing simplification: CVD diamond strips are macroscopically isotropic, and it is not necessary to orient the material like single crystal diamond during processing and use, which greatly simplifies the manufacturing process;
4. CVD diamond does not contain any binder, and its thermal stability is comparable to that of high-grade single crystal diamond, which is far superior to PCD material.
