GUCHEN Refrigerated Pickup Body Specification

1. Structure: Fiberglass+PU foam+Fiberglass.

2. Material: Thickness of the sandwitch panels are 75mm seperately. The fiberglass is 2.0mm thick. Theinterlayor polyurethane foam density is 42-50 kg/m³.

3. Aluminum profiles and 304 stainless steel wrap angle.

4. The Locksets and Hardwares are all made of 304 stainless steel. 

5. The floor panel is also 2.0mm Fiber Glass.

6. Ribbed steel sub-frame, and all necessary vehicle accessories.

7. Each side of the refrigerated truck body has a vehicle-identification lights, a total 4 sets. 2 white lights in front, 2 red light in rear and width lamps.

8. Stainless steel recessed dome LED light which is convenient loading and unloading at night.

9. Claw disc seat, in order to ensure the body’s safety when you opening the rear door.

10. The rear door waterproof eaves, prevent water from entering the inside of the refrigerated body.
