Brief Introduction
1. ZDLM Electric Actuated Cage Type Pressure Balanced Flow Control Valve adopt Cage-guided and pressure balanced Double Sealing and Single Sealing structure, which is Pressure Balanced Flow Control Valve.
2.It has following advantages: Precise valve body , SPattern Flow Port, Small Pressure Drop, Big Adjusting Range and High Precision of Flow Cv Value. The Dis-guiding area is big. It also has strong aseismic performance. The sealing performance is conformed to Standard GB/T4213-92.
3.Such control valve uses small, strong and high precision electric actuator with On-Off Function or with 4-20mA DC or 1-5V direct current signal to realize valve's proportional action, which is more suitable for the working condition required reliable and high sealing performance, High Temperature or Low temperature or High Pressure.
4.Such cage type Flow control valve has good stability, not easy to produce vibration, low noise, sensitivity to temperature, single seal type is suitable for the condition under which is with relatively low leakage, low pressure differential and clean medium occasion. Double seal type is suitable for the condition under which leakage is relatively allowable, the pressure differential is bigger and clean medium occasion. Small hole throttle type features which ensure the valve can be used for low noise valve. Such valve is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, environmental protection, light industry, equipment, etc.

ZDLM electric actuated Cage Type Control valve controls the flow rate of the piping system with AC220V power supply voltage and with 4-20mA Input Current signal or voltage signal from DCS/PLC or Positioner. The valve can also adopt a mechanical and electrical integration structure and has a built-in servo operation and opening position feedback signal, position indicator, manual operation, and other functions, which ensure the strong functional, reliable performance, simple connection, high controlling accuracy. The itinerary thrust from the straight stroke can change valve opening displacement so as to regulate fluid process parameters precisely.
6. ZDLM electric actuated Cage Type Control valve adopts cage type balanced valve disc, with which unbalanced pressure is low and the performance is stable, which is applicable for the working condition with high pressure differential and a larger leakage circumstances.
