How to care 

1)Use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.
2)Please comb the hair gently from the end , then to the top step by step to avoid tangle.
3If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave,please put some hair gel for holding this wave.
4You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequently, and remember to use the nutrition water.
5)The combs you`d better choose the round  with wide-toothed comb
6)Do not make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time

Q: What is Virgin Hair?

A: Virgin hair is not processed or chemically treated in any way. It is 100% natural, so there is no damage to the cuticles which protect the hair from the elements. Q: What is Remy Hair?

A: Remy Hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair because the cuticles are kept intact and not stripped, like in most other non-Remy hair extensions. Preserving the hairs’ cuticles and aligning them in a unidirectional fashion creates extensions that are completely natural in appearance. This process ensures that the hair remains super soft, shiny, silky and completely tangle-free throughout its lifetime. Remy hair has a smoother, shinier, and healthier appearance than regular human hair.

Q: Can they be straightened, curled?

A: Treat the hair as if it were your own. Of course,the hair cna be straightened and curled. But I have to say the more heat you use on your hair, the shorter the longevity of your hair will last. Just like our own hair ,if we heat a lot, our hair will become dry, bifurcate, breaked or loosing the luster of the hair. So if the hair is damaged, it can't be repaired as it’s a weft, it can’t grow new strands, Dear customer, please take care of the hair.

Q: Can I dye the hair?

 A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. Because improper dying will ruin the hair.We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can’t get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

 Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?

A: You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

 Q: Why are my hair extensions getting tangle?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q:Why my hair extension shedding?

As the curl hair, Please expect minimal strands come out. If it sheds ,please don't be worry. Usuaing the weft sealer to seal the wefts before installing.Of course, we have already sealed the weft in case it sheds before we sell it. Just like our own hair, sometimes when we running fingers through hair and combing the hair, it will has a minimal shedding. So when running fingers through it or combing it, please gently not brush or rub. However, running fingers through it or combing it also will promote the breakage, so please reduce the frequency of these acts.

Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein, it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, human hair will smell foul when burning, the human hair will show white smoke.

While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, moreover, human hair may have few gray hair and split end, it is normal and not a quality problem
