About shipping

Sales term

1. For defective on Arrival, buyer has 14 days to send the item back to us for:

   a. Exchange the same product.

   b. Full refund.

2. We aim to deal with your issues within 1 working day, often much quicker.

3. All items returned must be in original package with no cosmetic or technical damage, with all accessories/manuals.

4. We are not responsible for the postage of returning items, however we will shoulder the cost of sending it back to you.
